There are many who have achieved/trying to achieve a lot in their life but have forgotten to smile. Happiness is not about money, not about luxury, it is about enjoying life in a healthy and harmonized manner and make a beautiful stay on this planet; "Happy You" exists to bring back the happiness for you under such stressful ,competitive world. There are many who have not been able to find a reason to smile yet. Our elderly and young under-privileged are fighting to find happiness in their life; "Happy You" exists to bring a smile on their faces and lend them a hand to protect their right of happiness.

Following our mission of bringing in notice of every individual (all sections of society) about the importance of good health, happiness and harmony and making them practice the same we can make our future heaven, hence we need not to die in search of heaven.
"Happy You" wants to remind the society that YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE . So, let's not loose ourself into this never ending RAT RACE of higher pay packages/lavish life style/power etc., and practice 3H (Health, Happiness & Harmony) in our day to day life and be the change. 3H will change our lives drastically making us a good citizen and our society a better place to live in."Happy You" doesn't work only for underprivileged section of the society but is committed to work for Humanity/Civilization (be it privileged or underprivileged). "Happy You" is committed to spread the message of Health, Happiness & Harmony in society, for which "Happy You" works on all possible things which could make people much healthier, happier and harmonized. Bhupesh Chauhan [ Managing Trustee ]: Masters in Computers Application with over 14 years of experience in IT and man management. After working with many top IT companies at a good position, Bhupesh has realised that life is not only about earning handsome salary and staying busy, life is also about contributing to the society, spending some good happy time with family and about self satisfaction. In this competitive world, we seems to reduce stress by means of various addictions like smoking, chewing tobacco, drinking.
Does it actually help? No, We have opted the wrong means to reduce our stress. We understand that in today's life style we keep ignoring our medical check up till we spend nights in pain and can't go to work next day."Happy you" comes with a program wherein privileged section of society is motivated to stay fit and fine by yoga, aerobics,simple diet control. We organize regular health check up and awareness camps to bring much smarter you in front of this world. What a feel to wear a two size smaller T-shirt and much more efficient performance. :-)
On the other hand there is a section in society which strive for safe drinking water, hygienic food and basic health services. "Happy You" organizes health awareness and regular checkup camps for that under-privileged section of society; "Happy You" provides them free services for basic treatment, make them understand the need of healthy lifestyle.Our volunteers regularly visit some of the identified jhuggis and work together to provide them healthy basic needs. Some define happiness as achieving goals in life. For some happiness is a feeling of more alive, self sufficient. We could find numerous researches with their own definition. We being human and happiness being an emotional; a physcological state is just impossible to give a single statement of definition for word "Happiness". "Happy You" believes that happiness is a feeling, our reason(s) for being happy changes every minute, hence "Happy You" advocate for INSTANT HAPPINESS (live the instant which is giving you happiness and cherish it in your memories). Let happiness to come closer to your in any shape, size, format. Involving ourselves in challenging enjoyable activities; jumping; car race is happiness. Our relationships; social connect with each other is happiness. Positive IN Negative OUT : Stand TALL and Stand Strong. Many people come across negative situations in life and that is the time when we show we LIVE we don't just exist. Flip those negatives into positives. Stop Whining-Start Working on it, don't mourn over it rather make it your strength.You know it-once you face your fear you will overcome it and will change that situation altogether.Whatever has happened can now not be changed but you have the power to live the way you want in future to come, so it is up to you whether you want to dwell in the past or want that future which is in your own positive thoughts.Always remember in the science of thought making 'similar attracts' so if you have negative thoughts you can't fall for the positive ones.
Keep Your Environment/Surroundings Clean : Harmony is not all about keeping yourself and your thoughts clean, it is also about keep our surrounding/environment clean. Make this planet a better and cleaner place to live by saving the environment. Get your vehicle's pollution and maintenance done on time. Throw the waste at proper place and in properly segregated way (dry and wet waste separate).
Care for Others : While traveling on road, driving a vehicle or while performing any action in life ask yourself if that deed is going to break any rule or going to harm someone? If your inner voice replay as yes then don't do that act. BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE in this world.Thoughts have the power to change the World, smallest or the biggest invention or a discovery once was a thought which was laid down to execute.You have the power to change your tomorrow with the thoughts you carry today.
